Online registration and ticket sales are now closed.
You can still register for the 5K in person and purchase festival passes on Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at RunTex Riverside and at the South 1st Street bridge festival gates on Saturday from Noon to 7:00 pm. Please come to the North festival gate (South 1st Street near Cesar Chavez St.) to register for the 5K.
Festival passes are also on sale both Friday and Saturday at any H-E-B location!
Unofficially known to some as "the slowest 5K you'll ever run," the 8th Annual Keep Austin Weird 5K is an experience you'll never forget. As you waddle, wade, paddle, or slither your way down a course through the heart of downtown Austin, you'll enjoy various fun stops along the way. Don’t forget to wear your weird costume!
